# Expert Tips:

01 -
  • It's ready in 20 minutes flat, so weeknight dinners just got easier.
  • The cheese layers create pockets of melty, gooey perfection that rival actual pizza.
  • You can load it however you want—it works with whatever's in your fridge.
02 -
  • Don't walk away from the broiler—it can go from perfect to overdone in about 30 seconds once the cheese starts bubbling visibly.
  • If your bread is too thin or soft, it'll sag under the weight of all this goodness; thicker slices are essential.
  • The garlicky sauce layer is what separates this from regular cheese toast, so don't skip the raw garlic mixed in.
03 -
  • Keep your broiler rack in the middle position so the cheese doesn't scorch before it melts through.
  • Use a baking sheet with a lip so any melting cheese doesn't drip onto your oven floor and cause a smell.
