Sweet bananas and peanut butter dipped in chocolate with crunchy toppings, perfect chilled delight.

# Ingredient List:

→ Fruit

01 - 4 medium ripe bananas

→ Nut Butter

02 - 8 tablespoons creamy peanut butter

→ Chocolate Coating

03 - 7 ounces dark or milk chocolate, chopped

→ Optional Toppings

04 - ¼ cup chopped roasted peanuts
05 - ¼ cup shredded coconut
06 - ¼ cup mini chocolate chips
07 - ¼ cup sprinkles

# Directions:

01 - Peel bananas and cut each in half crosswise. Insert a wooden popsicle stick into the cut end of each banana half.
02 - Arrange banana halves on a parchment-lined tray and freeze for 1 hour until firm.
03 - Spread 1 tablespoon of creamy peanut butter evenly over each frozen banana half using a small spatula or knife.
04 - Return the peanut butter–coated banana halves to the freezer for 15 minutes to firm.
05 - Gently melt chocolate using a double boiler method or in a microwave at 30-second intervals, stirring until smooth.
06 - Dip each banana half into the melted chocolate, turning to coat completely. Allow excess chocolate to drip off.
07 - Quickly sprinkle chosen toppings over coated bananas before chocolate sets.
08 - Place finished banana pops back onto parchment-lined tray and freeze for at least 1 hour until chocolate hardens.
09 - Serve directly from the freezer and enjoy immediately.

# Expert Tips:

01 -
  • They're ridiculously easy to make but taste like you spent hours in the kitchen, which never gets old.
  • The texture contrast—creamy, frozen, melting chocolate—keeps you coming back for another bite.
  • Everyone loves them, from picky eaters to people who claim they don't have a sweet tooth.
02 -
  • Don't skip the second freeze between peanut butter and chocolate, or your coating will slide right off and you'll be frustrated.
  • If your banana sticks are too thin, the weight of the chocolate might make them bend—use sturdy popsicle sticks and you'll avoid this completely.
03 -
  • If your chocolate hardens too fast and becomes hard to work with, set the bowl back over warm water for just 15 seconds instead of overheating the whole thing.
  • Double-dipping in chocolate creates a thicker, more luxurious coating that protects the peanut butter layer and tastes incredible.
